Good to Know

The rug may arrive folded for shipping, which can result in temporary creases. Allow it time to settle and flatten naturally after unpacking.

Because of the pile direction and manufacturing process, brushing the fibres in different directions may make some areas appear lighter or whitish. This is a normal visual characteristic of the material.

Colours may also vary slightly depending on lighting and individual screen settings.

For best grip, place the rug on a clean, dry and suitable floor surface. Always take extra care when using rugs on smooth flooring.

Place it beside your bed, near the sofa, or anywhere that could use a little extra feline charm.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a three-dimensional cat rug?

The cat's fur and body details are printed on the soft pile surface. It is a decorative rug, not a stuffed cushion or a sculpted cat figure.

How do I choose my size and cat design?

Measure your intended space, compare it with the dimensions in Product Details, and select your preferred design and size. Check both selections in your cart before checkout.

Can I machine wash it?

Machine washing and tumble drying have not been confirmed. Follow the care instructions supplied with your rug before washing. If the instructions are unclear, contact the store before cleaning.

Can I use it in a bathroom?

Use it in dry indoor areas. Do not rely on it as a safety mat for wet bathroom floors, and check its grip on your flooring before use.

What if it arrives with creases or looks lighter in places?

Temporary folding creases and changes in appearance caused by pile direction can occur. Allow the rug to flatten naturally. If you are concerned about its condition, contact the store with clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
